Vanessa Muscarà
Associate Director – Property Research, M&G Real Estate, UK
Vanessa joined the Property Research Team at M&G Real Estate in 2014, focusing on European property markets. Her responsibilities include the quarterly update of circa 90 European property market forecasts, the production of European fund strategies and bespoke research projects and publications.
Vanessa has over ten years of experience in real estate research, working both in consultancy as well as investment management, namely at AECOM and LaSalle Investment Management.
Vanessa completed an MEng in European Civil Engineering at the University of Warwick and an MSc in European Property Development & Planning at University College London.
She demonstrates commitment to the research community in her roles as Chair of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR) and steering committee member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Smart Urban Growth project, Women Leadership Initiative and Content Advisory Board. She is bilingual in English and Italian and fluent in French.
