Anna Stamp
Interim Programme Director, Edinburgh BioQuarter, Scotland
Anna Stamp is Interim Programme Director of Edinburgh BioQuarter and combines this with her role as the Head of Estates Planning for the University of Edinburgh Estates Department. She is responsible for the strategic planning of the University’s ambitious £1.5b estate development plans over the next 10 years across its 5 campuses. Anna joined the University of Edinburgh in 2005 from the John Lewis Partnership where she was involved in designing and delivering several of John Lewis’s flagship stores across the UK including John Lewis Edinburgh.
During her time at the University, Anna has had the privilege to design and build many of the University’s key new buildings including the Roslin Institute, Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, Charnock Bradley building at their Easter Bush Campus and the Scottish Centre for Regenerative Medicine, Anne Rowling Clinic at the Edinburgh
BioQuarter Campus. Anna qualified as an architect in 1997 and is a graduate of the University of Heriot Watt and Kent Institute of Design. Her two children are both pupils at George Watson’s College.
